BASES AND CONDITIONS OF ACCESS AND USE

These Bases and Conditions of Access and Use, and their future modifications, (hereinafter called “Bases and Conditions”) regulate the legal link between the company Dahan Entertainment Limited (hereinafter called “Dahan Entertainment” and the betting client who wishes to participate in the games offered on the website by the same (hereinafter referred to as “Client”).

Dahan Entertainment is a company authorized by the Gambling Supervision Commission of Isle of Man (hereinafter the “Commission”) to operate and market bets through the web on the site https://dahan-entertainment.com, or the that replaces it in the future (hereinafter along with all its elements, software, applications, complements and accessories the “Site”), as approved by Resolution No. 277/16 and other complementary regulations.

The Bases and Conditions also establish the procedures for registration, credit loading, placing bets, participation and/or collection of balances by the Client on the Site. 1.- About the link and its effects. By completing the registration form and registering as a Client, you acknowledge and accept that you have read, understood and accepted the Terms and Conditions, and that they constitute a binding agreement between you and Dahan Entertainment. In particular, you accept without reservation and recognize the regime of exemptions and limitations of liability established with respect to Dahan Entertainment. Dahan Entertainment reserves the exclusive right to update and modify these Terms and Conditions and the published regulations for games and bets. They will be valid as of their publication on the Site, and it will be your responsibility to read them. Additionally, the same modifications will be notified to you in the email box that you declared at the time of your registration as a Client. Likewise, Dahan Entertainment reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to add new games to the platform, suspend, modify or cease or restrict access to some of the existing ones and/or modify the functions available on the gaming platform.

2.- Intellectual property. The information, software, licenses, material and other data provided to you or made available on the Site are the exclusive property or exploitation of Dahan Entertainment. You may access them only for personal use and recreation, respecting these Bases and Conditions. You are not authorized to exploit them commercially, and it is prohibited to adapt, copy, record, store, modify, store, display, operate publicly, transmit, sell, rent, assign, reverse engineer or make the information available to another person, website, cable or line services or on any other media or device. 4.- Registration and opening of accounts. To use the Site, you must first read these Terms and Conditions and, if you accept them without conditions, proceed to complete the forms to register and register as a Client, providing real information. This procedure can be done both on the website and in the places enabled for in-person registration by Dahan Entertainment or the Institute. In this way you will proceed to create your account, username and password. The data provided by you at the time of registration is provided as a sworn declaration regarding its authenticity and validity. 5.- Data security and privacy. You acknowledge that by registering as a Client you will provide your personal data to Dahan Entertainment and the Commission. Dahan Entertainment undertakes to maintain the confidentiality of the data provided the existence of your account and the details of its balances, except for reports to the Commission, affiliated companies and/or the Commission. You guarantee that they are true and are responsible for communicating to Dahan Entertainment any modifications thereto.

Dahan Entertainment will not provide information to third parties except when required by judicial or administrative authorities, or by contracts with its affiliates, or in compliance with applicable regulations. All personal information that you voluntarily enter into the system is considered confidential, including, but not limited to; name and surname, date of birth, address, telephone number, email and age, and must keep your personal information updated at all times and/or incorporate any information required by Dahan Entertainment under these Bases and Conditions and/ or legal regulations of application.

The personal data contained in the confidential information will be used by Dahan Entertainment for the provision of the service and its related activities. Likewise, Dahan Entertainment may use the information to offer you selective advertising or content that may be of interest to you.

In accordance with current regulations, it is duly stated that the owner of the personal data has the power to exercise the right of access to them free of charge by contacting Dahan Entertainment through the email consult@dahan-entertainment.com. Free access may be provided at intervals of no less than SIX (6) months, unless a legitimate interest for this purpose is proven, in accordance with the provisions of article 14, paragraph 3 of Law No. 25,326 and Law 2399 of Accession of the Province of Isle of Man. The enforcement authority of said Law in the Province of Isle of Man has the power to address complaints and claims that are filed in relation to non-compliance with the rules on the protection of personal data. The person responsible for the registration of Personal Data will be Dahan Entertainment with address at Teodoro Plan as 4005 in the City of Isle of Man, Province of Isle of Man.

Dahan Entertainment may only transfer personal data to third parties or related companies, for the same purposes as indicated at the time of requesting personal data.

6.- About betting. Bets will be governed by the rules governing the respective games dictated by the Institute, these Bases and Conditions and the particular procedures published on the Site for each game. In the event of failures in the operation of the Site or in the bet collection system, they will have no effect and Dahan Entertainment will notify the Client of the invalidity of the bet. Bets placed on the Site will be considered placed, received and accepted in the Province of Neuquén. Bets will be valid when they are made providing the actual data, the Bases and Conditions, rules and other applicable regulations have been met, there is sufficient balance in the account and they have been confirmed. Once the bet has been placed, it cannot be canceled or modified by the Client and will be sufficient proof of the bet that has been placed. You accept and acknowledge that the transaction records of the Site and all its data are sufficient evidence of the Client's activity on the Site. You acknowledge that the random number generator will determine the shuffling and dealing of cards, the outcome of casino games and other randomly generated events that are part of the Site and that you agree to the outcome thereof which are final and conclusive, except for a malfunction notified by Dahan Entertainment.

7.- Of the service. The service is provided without warranties, express, implied or otherwise. There is no guarantee that the software will meet your needs. There is no warranty that the operation of the service will be error-free or interruption-free, that any defects will be corrected or that the software or servers are free of viruses. In the event of communication or system errors that occur in connection with account setup or other system features or components, neither Dahan Entertainment nor its supplier will be liable to you or any third party for any costs, expenses, losses or claims resulting from such errors, which will be considered a fortuitous event. If such errors exist or occur, Dahan Entertainment may remove all relevant games from the website software; void all bets affected by such errors, including the cancellation of all winnings or credits of a player attributable to such errors and take any other action to correct such errors.

8.- Deposits at Dahan Entertainment. Any amount that is deposited in an account to bet on the Site will be previously converted by the system to credits, at a rate of one credit for each peso deposited. Deposits may be made by enabled electronic payment or in person at the locations and under the modalities authorized by Dahan Entertainment. The actual charges generated in compliance with the Bases and Conditions create an obligation for the company to respond for said money to the Client. In no case can this deposit be understood to constitute a trust or that Dahan Entertainment acts as a fiduciary on your behalf, nor does it generate any type of fiduciary or financial obligations in relation to you.

8.1 The deposit of funds in accounts belonging to third parties or entities is expressly prohibited. Dahan Entertainment does not allow deposits to be made into bank accounts that do not directly belong to the parties involved in the contract and/or in these bases and conditions.

9.- Payments. The actual winnings will be credited to the account of the Client who, to withdraw his balance, must previously generate a withdrawal request from the Site. The withdrawal request will be subject to an approval and validation process to verify the information. Once this request is authorized, the account credits will be converted to dollars at a rate of one United States Dollar for each credit and the bettor will receive an email informing them of a PIN code that will be requested at the collection location determined by Dahan Entertainment as a payment condition. The code will be verified and, if correct, the cashier will deliver the cash and issue proof of the transaction, after accreditation of his identity and compliance with current regulations relating to the prevention of money laundering and terrorist financing. The withdrawal of balances will be carried out in the places and/or by the means enabled for such purposes. It will be the exclusive responsibility of the Client to pay taxes, commissions, charges or rates that correspond to his earnings in compliance with current laws. If live games are played, in the event of suspected card counting, Dahan Entertainment may void the bet and withhold any amount from your account balance that exceeds the amount of your original deposit.

10.- Of inactive accounts. An account will be considered inactive when it has not been accessed and has not been used to place bets on the Site for a period of 180 (one hundred and eighty) calendar days. Once the account has been declared inactive Dahan Entertainment will have the right to charge an administrative fee equivalent to 1% (one percent) of the total balance of your account. Administrative costs will be deducted starting 30 (thirty) days after your account has been declared inactive and will be made monthly. 30 (thirty) days before your account is considered inactive, you will be notified of this situation by email informing you that the corresponding administrative costs will begin to be charged if you do not withdraw the balances or activate your account by placing bets. Once your account is zero, it will be canceled by notifying you of such circumstances.

11.- About promotions. Promotions, bonuses and special offers are subject to these Terms and Conditions and their specific terms and conditions. Dahan Entertainment reserves the right to suspend, withdraw or modify bonuses or promotions and their terms at any time. In the event that Dahan Entertainment considers that a Client is abusing the use of bonuses or promotions by using different strategies to take advantage of the balance and receive funds without betting according to the terms and conditions, or is taking advantage of a virus or bug on the Site to benefit without risk, it may in its sole discretion block, deny, suspend, withhold or withdraw any player from any bonus or promotion and/or withhold payment of winnings from such abuse to the bettor. 12.- Compensation. In the event that the registration, access and/or use of the Site has been carried out in a manner contrary to the provisions of these Bases and Conditions, the game regulations, the specific terms and conditions of bonuses and promotions, or the applicable regulations, The Client must indemnify Dahan Entertainment, its shareholders, representatives, directors, affiliates, etc. for any loss, damage or claim (including any applicable professional fees) arising from such circumstances.

13.- Of the authorization and its scope of validity. The Site, the gaming platform and Dahan Entertainment as their operator, are authorized by the Institute in accordance with the regulations of the aforementioned province. Each bettor declares under oath that he or she resides in the territory of the Province of Isle of Man. Each bettor is and will be responsible for notifying Dahan Entertainment and immediately ceasing the use of the gaming platform in the event of a change of address outside the province jurisdiction of the Province of Isle of Man, said province.

14.- Obligations, responsibilities, limitations and exemption of guarantees. Access and use of the Site are provided in accordance with the Bases and Conditions and the regulations that authorize it. Dahan Entertainment undertakes to adopt reasonable measures for its maintenance and normal operation, as well as undertakes to take reasonable precautions to minimize the exposure of the Site to malware, viruses, worms, trojans, bugs, spy programs or other processes or malicious intrusions. The Client acknowledges and accepts that the use of the Site requires the contracting and maintenance of communication systems such as internet or cellular data at the Client's expense and risk. Dahan Entertainment, its associates, partners, representatives, employees or affiliates, in no case will be responsible for damages, losses or expenses, whether direct or indirect, or economic losses derived or as a result of access and/or use of the Site, or the problems for it.

15.- Closing of accounts. Dahan Entertainment reserves the right at its sole discretion to declare the Client's winnings and/or balance void, suspend the provision of services and deactivate active accounts, if it has reasonable grounds to believe that the Client: has more than one registered active account, provides outdated, incorrect or misleading information, uses the Site from an unauthorized jurisdiction, breaches the Terms and Conditions, game regulations, special terms and conditions or other applicable regulations, changed your address outside the jurisdiction of the aforementioned province, deposit money from illegal or unauthorized activities, have used or made use of an artificial intelligence or other system (including machines, computers, software or other automated systems), that another person used your account, or have acknowledged and we believe that he is suffering from problems with gambling. 16.- The complaints or claims procedure. 17.- Of infractions. Dahan Entertainment reserves the right to take appropriate legal action in the event of violation of these Terms and Conditions, including the right to deny or restrict access to the Site's services to a specific person or to block access to an internet address or through other devices to the services of the Site, at any time and in its sole discretion, without having to provide a reason.

18.- Partial validity. If for any reason any of the clauses of these Bases and Conditions are declared null, illegal or unenforceable by a competent authority, it will be considered non-existent, maintaining full validity of the rest of the unquestioned clauses.

19.- Jurisdiction. You accept that your access to the website, gaming platform, software, services, information, the use thereof and the interpretation of these bases and conditions are governed in accordance with the legislation of the United Kingdom and the Province of Isle of Man, submitting for all its purposes to the jurisdiction of the ordinary courts of said province.

20.- Balance Charge. The loading of balance with debit cards or bank cards or digital wallets will only be accepted when they are issued in the name of the account holder where the balance will be credited, and provided that the other requirements of the entities and relevant authorities.
